چکیده
Following the demonstration of the effective ness of triethyleneimino-s-triazine (TEM) in the treatment of experimental tumors and of its clini cal value in the management of certain types of malignant disease, a series of ethyleneimino deriv atives was synthesized. An evaluation of their carcinostatic effects revealed that triethylenephosphoramide (TEPA), an ethyleneimine-substituted phosphoric acid, possessed inhibiting influence on the growth of transplantable tumors in mice and rats (2, 7).
